In addition the points purchased as part of the solution can be used to allow us to implement the fix or solution you require.
ProCare delivers a number of additional benefits not normally associated with a typical support contract. It provides a consistent and secure VPN to allow our technicians controlled and reliable access to your systems. This means our technicians will have immediate access when problems arise, we can be resolving issues within seconds.
Included within a ProCare Core contract is 120 points which can be used at any time during your contract when needed. The breakdown of how these points can be used is shown below. If there are unused ProCare support points leftover, they can be used at your disposal for work such as PTF updates.
