All jobs that are undertaken are completed by our own team of service professionals which means that no jobs are outsourced to external companies, ensuring optimum management control. 

Irrespective of the time span of the proposed project, the same team will manage and implement the task to ensure optimum quality and understanding. This quality is assured through Chilli's dedicated team of experts who are immersed in experience on the System i platform.

Chilli operate all Project Management under Prince2 guidelines. Prince2 is the industry standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN a Controlled Environment) is a process-based method for effective project management. All our project management standards are still intrinsic to ISO standards and with tasks being broken down, Chilli can manage the project easier, assist in the reviewing progress & control and can provide management/client checkpoints.

In conjunction with a Project Brief, effective ways of ensuring progress is being made and targets are being met are put in place which is determined by the project board, whether this be regular review meetings or more document based reporting. This is the Project Initiation Documentation which includes the Business Case which is the continual justification for the project.

The Project Brief that a client signs to acknowledge what work they want Chilli to do for them is produced in the most concise format possible. When potential clients come to Chilli, they normally have a vague idea of what they want. Chilli produce Projects Briefs where the knowledge we provide is clearly communicated in a step-by-step process to ensure it is easily understood and there is clarity from both parties.

Chilli's Project Brief mean potential clients are given the element of control over what exactly they are buying. Chilli invests time productively through producing clear documentation of the breakdown of jobs for free before anything is signed. We believe the success of a project rests on the client understanding exactly what jobs are being implemented.

A client would receive information on:

• The details of the business drivers that this project is supporting
• Summary of the origin of the project
• A description of the tasks to be undertaken
• Estimated number of days
• When the project should be completed by
• What deems the project to be a success

This would then be expressed in terms of the perceived time, cost and quality of the project.
