Chilli IT uses Prince2 Project Management Standards in all project work undertaken at the company.

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN a Controlled Environment) is a process-based method for effective project management. Prince2 is the industry standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.

Sean Bennett, Chilli IT's Project Manager, is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner which enables the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting Prince2 which can be used for all projects.

Using the Prince2 method, with tasks being broken down, Chilli can manage the project easier, assist in the reviewing progress & control and can provide management/client checkpoints.

The Project Board determine effective ways to measure progress through regular review meetings or document based reporting which is written into the Project Brief. After the Project Brief has been signed off, a Project Initiation Document is used for the duration of the project to ensure progress is being made and targets are being made.
