Chilli IT have given their support to the University of Chester for the next 5 weeks in conjunction with their Work Based Learning (WBL) scheme.

The University of Chester's WBL module gives students the opportunity to try out possible future careers in businesses through gaining the expertise and experience in a particular role or occupation. It allows the students to apply academic subject knowledge in a work setting and to develop practical, work-related skills such as project management, decision making, negotiating skills and teamwork.

Chilli IT has given a University of Chester design student the opportunity to experience working within a successful business with the opportunity to enhance their portfolio for their own future career prospects. The 5 week placement will enable the student to gain a valuable insight into the day-to-day runnings of Chilli IT and improve their interpersonal skills through working with the Chilli staff.

Chilli is looking forward to working with the University to help give students the experience to improve their future job prospects.
